The DTC3-RH extends your DTC3 controller to remote locations — measuring humidity and temperature where it matters, while bridging relay commands to fan starters at the far end of the farm.
Our sensor measures relative humidity to ±2% accuracy across 0–100% RH, enabling humidity-based aeration decisions that prevent condensation and mould.
Unlike one-way probes, the DTC3-RH uses Protocol 2.0 with request/response handshake. Send sensor data out, receive relay commands back — all over the air.
Connects to the DTC3-RR remote relay board via Modbus, forwarding fan control commands from the DTC3 controller without running long control cables.
Reads fan running, trip/fault, and auto/manual status from the DTC3-RR and transmits it back to the controller in real time. Status changes trigger immediate updates.
Built-in WiFi access point for configuration from any phone or laptop. Adjust transmit intervals, enable/disable sensors, and trigger manual transmissions.
OTA built in. Update firmware wirelessly via the configuration interface — no USB cable or disassembly required.
Replace long control cable runs with a DTC3-RH at the remote store. It reads the environment, reports back to the DTC3 controller, and forwards relay commands to the existing preinstalled fan controls via the DTC3-RR — all via LoRa and Modbus.
The advanced sensor continuously measures temperature and relative humidity at the remote grain store location.
Sensor data and remote I/O status are packaged into a LoRa packet and sent to the DTC3 controller at your chosen interval.
The DTC3 controller responds with relay control commands based on its differential logic and your configured setpoints.
Relay commands are forwarded via RS-485 Modbus to the DTC3-RR relay board, switching the aeration fan on or off.
Use the DTC3-RH purely as a remote humidity and temperature sensor without the DTC3-RR relay board.
Full bidirectional operation: sense, report, and control remote fan starters via the DTC3-RR relay board.
